Sun X Group is part of Synergy West Group. Synergy West (Gibraltar) Ltd was established to deliver strategic consultancy for major construction companies in the Middle East. It is an international company by scope, firmly grounded in the principles of general management, having gained a broad spectrum of experience across most sectors of industry; with projects supporting leading international construction companies, blue chip companies, governments and non-profit organizations. Synergy West’s mission is to deliver cohesive, efficient and value-added solutions in order to successfully complete complex, three-dimensional global projects. In order to sustain growth Synergy West invested into an acquisition and development plan in 2004. The clear aim was to establish a global Project Management (PM) and Human Resourses (HR) arm to sustain new projects and future growth; Sun X Group was acquired and developed to provide this global function. In concert with the expansion of the core business, there was an immediate requirement to support projects with an in-house logistical, sourcing and procurement division which provides a stand-alone function and was launched early in 2005. Sun X Group originally started as a small project management company looking at projects under US$20M, with placement of key project staff. The processes and procedures in place were developed to deliver an integrated division providing project management systems, tools, manpower and EPC services to projects in semi-permissive environments around the world. The grouping now brings together the discipline of military management, complimented by a core team of commercially experienced project managers and technical specialists.
